Nicole Barling-Luke

Nicole is a strategic designer, learning program strategist, and facilitator. She has been working in capability and leadership development for the public sector for over eight years and is currently working at Regen Melbourne as the Portfolio Lead. Nicole began her career at the Australia and New Zealand School of Government and has spent the last five years working alongside the public sector at Nesta and States of Change developing learning programs and training for innovation teams to become more participatory and experimental. An anthropologist by background from the University of Melbourne, Nicole has recently worked with Paper Giant and Nesta and has a Masters of Design Futures from RMIT.
