Morag Gamble
Morag Gamble is an Australian permaculture educator, speaker, author, film-maker, designer and food forester. She is the founder and Executive Director of the Permaculture Education Institute and leads a flow-fund permaculture charity, Ethos Foundation and sits on a number of boards including the Deep Ecology Institute.
Morag creates the Sense-Making in a Changing World podcast, is the curator and host of the International Permaculture Festival of Wild Ideas, is a member of Schumacher Wild, and produces the popular Our Permaculture Life youtube and blog. She also hosts a free international online monthly permaculture film club and masterclass series.
Morag offers many online courses including the Permaculture Educators Program, a combined Permaculture Design Certificate, Permaculture Teacher Certificate and right livelihood program, and The Incredible Edible Garden. She is an urban permaculture pioneer as co-founder of both Northey Street City Farm in Brisbane and the Australian Community Gardens Network. Morag walks her talk and is a wealth of knowledge of all things permaculture, and has taught in 22 countries - she is always teaching, learning and sharing. Morag’s natural habitat is her award-wining edible landscape at Crystal Waters Ecovillage.
