Wisdom and Action Forum
The Wisdom & Action Forum will push the boundaries of your thinking
Science tells us that the next five years are a critical inflection point for humanity. In August 2024, the Wisdom & Action Forum, Sensemaking and Systems Change, marked the first of our five-year response to this moment, bringing together world-leading thinkers from across disciplines and industries to address the challenges of our times.
The Wisdom & Action Forum 2025 invites you to explore the theme We Are Nature. Building on our inaugural forum, this year’s discussions will delve into nature repair, conservation, and biodiversity—and how these acts of care ripple across every aspect of life: our communities, systems, and future.
This is a conversation about our humanity and the interconnectedness of all life.
There is a deep and ancient truth we are rediscovering: we are not separate from nature; we are nature.
This is a paradigm we need to change in order to respond to the context we are in.
We believe emergence grows from nurturing connection— this is our five-year commitment to addressing today’s challenges.

2025 PROGRAM
An outline of our time together
2025 Program
We are excited to share a rich and thoughtfully curated program with you. Expect thought-provoking plenaries, facilitated peer-to-peer conversations, and action sessions, alongside plenty of space for connection.
Rooted in our theme, We Are Nature, we’ll dive into deep conversations about our relationship with the natural world and this moment in time. How do we respond? Scale vs. intimacy, saving or savouring the world, doubling down on tech solutions or simplifying—what path do we take? We'll explore the nature of politics and the politics of nature, rewilding education, financing nature and natural capital, animal intelligence, and plant medicine.

Our economic system is tearing at the fabric of society and our planet.
Wealth inequality, global unrest, climate change, artificial intelligence, an ageing demographic, biodiversity loss, and an epidemic of loneliness and mental health challenges are just some of the global and existential issues facing us at this moment.
Polarisation fuelled by a toxic media landscape and social media algorithms means we can't seem to discuss these issues, let alone agree on what to do about them. It's time to come together. To hold brave spaces for difficult conversations, to hold complexity and the shades of grey so we can chart new paths forward.
It's time for Wisdom and Action.
